Works as part of the project team to define innovative solutions to business problems and translate understanding of the business requirements into more detailed user stories and other functional requirements document as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze high level requirements and translate them into more detailed user stories and other functional requirements documents as needed such as process flows and wireframes.
• Document business process, system and data flows, analyze processes and recommends improvements.
• Facilitate short feedback cycles to learn more about user needs and adjust accordingly.
• Assess ongoing and repetitive issues and make recommendations for future system or process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce future problems.
• Participate in change request process and escalate changes for approval, if necessary.
• Assist QA in development of tests and ongoing testing activities, clarifying acceptance criteria and use cases as needed to meet team goals.

Baseline Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any areas (IT is a plus).
• At least 2 years of work as a business analyst in IT related fields.
• Experience in insurance industry is preferred.
• Understanding agile frameworks, good communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills and technical Awareness of the project.
• ECBA, CCBA or other Business Analysis certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
