Join our team and help us build **Southeast Asias next unicorn**. **Your Challenge**: Accounting Manager is a primary person in charge of reporting and records. The accounting manager collects, documents, compiles accounting records from all of the business units of Maknet and ensuring that they are in compliance with financial and accounting regulations and policies of Makro. - Make decisions on the treatment of billing and invoicing matters in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment - Produces reports for the Makro as well as performs financial analysis for Maknet - Maintain both the accuracy as well as the timeliness of accounting reports - Ensure the maintenance of the closing of accounts policies, reporting structures and financial calendar which the accounting process adheres to - Disseminate information as requested by stakeholders (e.g. shareholders, external investors etc.) - Help develop accounting regulations and processes to for strict and effective management and control of assets, revenues, costs and debts - Drive the overall financial reporting and accounting process to ensure both accuracy as well adherence to both Thailands as well as International accounting standards - Provide financial information as well as monitoring the accuracy and adherence to regulations of key financial transactions **Requirements**: - Should be highly knowledgeable about financial reporting in e-commerce, financial regulations which can affect finance function in Thailand - Should be familiar with billing systems, general ledger systems and other back-end finance systems - Good logical, analytical skill, and able to handle complicated transactions very well as well as prepare and evaluate financial reports and budget documents - Knowledgeable about current trends and movements in retail industry as well as about the competitive context - Should have managerial and supervisory skills with the ability to evaluate development plans across employees - Should have a good relationship with related partners such as audit firms, price setting authorities and rating agencies - Should possess the characteristics to adapt to the corporate culture and build trust within the internal team and evaluate performance developed by finance team - Experience in accounting in digital and agile driven businesses - Comfortable with numbers - Strong MS Excel skills - Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English - Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment - Willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments/ventures **Benefits** **Health Insurance **- At Maknet, we care about your health!
