Job Description

งานบันทึกบัญชีเละปิดงบการเงิน

• ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการงานบัญชีทั่วไป (General Ledger - GL) และ Fixed Assets ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชีและกระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL) พร้อมควบคุมกระบวนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน / รายไตรมาส / รายปี ให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายการปรับปรุงบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐานรายงานทางการเงินไทย (TFRS) และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การปิดบัญชีมีความถูกต้อง
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำรายงานภาษีต่าง ๆ เช่น ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ให้สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดของกรมสรรพากร

งานจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน

• จัดทำงบการเงินรวม รายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน และหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงินทั้งรายไตรมาสและรายปี
• ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditor) สำหรับการตรวจสอบงบการเงินทั้งรายไตรมาสและรายปี

งานพัฒนาระบบงานบัญชี

• สนับสนุนและผลักดันการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทางบัญชี รวมถึงระบบ ERP หรือระบบอัตโนมัติมาใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของทีมบัญชี
• ให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประมาณการและการจัดทำงบประมาณของฝ่ายวางแผนงบประมาณ (Budgeting Team)

Qualification

• วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
• ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีทั่วไป (GL) และบัญชีทรัพย์สินถาวร (Fixed Assets) อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์การบริหารทีมงาน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์การใช้งานระบบ ERP ช่น SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics และมีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้ถึงดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชี (External Audit) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี หรือถือใบอนุญาต CPA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
