Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what youre passionate about! - Be the SPOC for Bangplee team: central point of contact for operation, coordinating operations-related tasks with project lead for all activities in the organization. - Consolidates activities pipeline overview and identifies bottleneck. - Prioritize activities within the activity management function according to internal and external resource capacity. - Harmonizes and constantly improves ways of working in activities execution to achieve excellent in execution. - Facilitate the monthly Initiative planning meeting with project leader and working team. - Ensure that through risk analysis with mitigation plan exists for every activity through facilitation within project team and identified risk organized in a matrix are easily found. - Manage and Set up material master (Packaging/Finish goods/ Finish goods BOM/MBU extension). About you - Bachelor degree in Engineer, Science, Business or related field with mathematic background. - 2-5 year in supply chain preferably with FMCG. - Leadership/ strong analytical skill with commercial mindset. - Overall understanding in business process and objective. - Proficient in MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). - SAP system knowledge - R/3(PP, MM, SD), BW. - English - Fluent in both speaking and writing. - Ability to work with cross functional team both commercial and operation function.
