RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse operations

• Coordinate build up/breakdown requirement with vendor

• Supervise build up/breakdown operations

• Conduct ULD serviceability checks prior to build up and after breakdown

• Conduct dimensional weight check

• Supervise acceptance of shipments

• Follow up on shipment irregularities/discrepancies

• Obtain shipment documentations

Ramp Coordination

• Supervise unload/load operation

• Communicate with crew member on their needs

• Conduct ULD serviceability check after unload and prior to load

• Coordinate catering and aircraft cleaning requirement

• Liase with fuel vendor on refueling requirement

• Monitor movement of ULD between cargo terminal and ramp

OUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in aviation

• Experience in 1-2 years and prefer freight forwarders

• Follow rules and regulations in line with company guidelines

• Have skills in coordinating with venders and internal teams effectively

• Convenient to travel to Suvarnabhumi airport
