Together, were the next BIG thing in data. **Job Description**: - Gathering requirement from local HR and Payroll or REO team. - Design and propose a solution for what user needed. - Develop FRD for a new or change request. Coordinate with the user and concern person to perform a system testing and buy off. - Coordinate with all concern to prepare and rollout system to PRD. - Provide support for an issue (if any) on a system, also follow up to fix and closed issue. - Align to WD IT Change Management procedure. - Join a team for APAC projects if require more resource by action as BA or Tester or coordinator or Project manager and provide a project update status. - Provide a project update status. and input/sharing to the team if any comment for assigned project. - Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor. **Qualifications**: Qualifications **REQUIRED**: - Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer, or related field. - Experience 1 - 3 years in Web Application and/or Cloud Application development and support. **PREFERRED**: - Familiar with SQL, Oracle, MySQL DB, MS Access,.Net developing tools e.g. Visual Studio, Java, C++and, etc. Could developing skill is preferable. **SKILLS**: - Able to communicate in English with Good command of spoken and written English. - Coordination skills. - Dependence and independence work. - Flexible and adaptable. - Service-minded. Additional Information Flexible and adaptable. Able to work under pressure.
