Our sister agencies span other creative and technical disciplines, with a particular focus on wellness. **About this role** **About you** This role should appeal enormously if you: - Energetic and confident professional looking for a new challenge - A good understanding of the Asia Pacific Markets - Current or former experience working in or with the hospitality industry (Great to have) - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with CRM software - Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills - Strong project management skills - Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions - Have love and interest in music - Must have the confidence to reach clients at all levels up to senior leadership teams **Experience** - Several years of experience in lead generation, sales or business development - Solid understanding of CRM software (SAP, MS Dynamics, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and Powerpoint or Keynote **Duties & Responsibilities** - Work with the regional team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead-generation campaigns - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest lead-generation practices and tools - Develop processes and systems to streamline lead-generation activities - Monitor and report the progress of lead-generation campaigns - Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are being created in the desired markets and followed up on in a timely manner - Sales support and account management assignments from time to time *This role is ideal for flexible working, mostly from home, or the possibility of a co-working space and most likely the combination of the two.
