Application Support (Head Office)

Performing as the first and second level support to gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction. Identifying issue scope, expected result, and issue severity. Investigating technical production issues raised by Call center agent or Internal User and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the defined SLA. Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution. Working closely with Development/Product team to understand new features, configurations and elements to be deployed in each release. Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. Knowledge in UNIX, Shell, Oracle Forms, Oracle Report will be advantage. Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL language is must. Knowledge in basic SQL query and XML API request/response. Strong problem solving skills. English is a must. Good English verbal communication. Good attitude, Open Minded, Calm & Friendly and Service mind. Able to work under pressure.
