Key Responsibility:

• Formulate strategies and plan for the prosecution team to accelerate the debt to be used in the operation to achieve the companys goals.

• Review and examine the daily operations of the prosecution team in order to develop and comply with the strategy provided.

• Analyze and determine the conditions for calculating the motivation of each team.

• Coordinate with various departments to develop lawsuits and debt collection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master degree in Management or any related field.

• At least 5 years in management or Debt Collection management.

• Good in English (All Skills).

• Strong presentation skills.

• Leadership skills and work well to meet deadline.

• Experience in Litigation Management.
