Assistant Manager, Product Marketing
Position Summary Well assign you with Premium Phone Category, you will do Product Lifecycle Management, End-to-end Marketing + NPD Launch, price positioning, market analysis, competitors analysis, net sales, profits, maintain market share, product propositions. Working with Marketing Communication team for product launching/digital/events. Working with Trade Marketing team to build & execute promotional plans, drive sales growth. Getting Product guideline from HQ & do localized marketing plan. Role and Responsibilities Internal Job Title: Assistant Manager, MX Category Management Business Unit: Mobile eXperience (MX) Department: Category Management & Supply Chain Management (CM&SCM) Products: Mobile Phone (PremiuM/Flagship) - Responsible for, develop and execute global plans for assigned product group to meet company objectives by defining strategies & product management; implementing marketing plans, promotions & media plans, budget management. Interaction with advertising agency, analysis of sales trends and others by using innovative marketing strategies to achieve sales target & raise product awareness & market share - Responsible of End-to-end Product life cycle management including Pre-launching, launching and after-launching phase by coordinating Trade marketing, SCM, Sales and Retail team. Ensure operational excellence through input into business management as well as manage marketing budget, P&L responsibility for the categories with a direct control over marketing budget - Monitor and evaluate activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvement is needed - Implements and oversees all marketing initiatives within assigned product category including launching of new products - Creates and analyzes marketing strategies for local markets marketing strategies and executes appropriate marketing plans - Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor Skills and Qualifications Qualification - Bachelors degree required. Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields - Good analytical, mathematical and statistics abilities are encouraged to apply - Requires the ability to disseminate market information and provide the best strategic business plan for product category - Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets - Stress tolerance, drive, well-organized, challenge lover and good problem solving skill - Creative, self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented - Strong business management, analytical, decisive, and action-oriented - Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency - Must have excellent command of English and Presentation skills in both Thai and English - Must have excellent command of Computer literacy especially MS PowerPoint and Excel Location: Empire Tower, Sathorn, Bangkok Working conditions: Work-in-office 100% LI-Midsenior Li-TSE
