Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing
Co-work with Product Marketing and Sales Team to develop and implement both nationwide campaigns and customized channel promotions for products. Identify and implement key KPI metrics for measurement of efficiency and resource allocation. Ensure the perfect execution to meet timelines, KPIs, result tracking, and report to management on weekly basis with excel and power point documentation. Regularly monitor campaign performance and responsible for defining root cause of underperforming campaign. Tackle operational issues and initiate on-time and results oriented tactical campaign to ensure the target are achieved. Lead SBT (Sales-Boosting Tools) projects to enable more possible campaigns. The role needs to work closely with Product Marketing Managers, Retail Marketing Manager and Sales Teams in various channels. Ensuring alignment across the sales and marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives and budget management. Coordinate and manage training and development of Channels and Retail marketing. Analyze channel sell through and promotion results and implement improvement plans. Conduct and check competitive benchmarking, competitor movement and feedback to Product Marketing and Sales Team. Analyze channel/shop performance on related campaigns and provide feedback to Product Marketing Managers and Sales Team. Have a systematic retail outreach program to ensure high share of mind with store managers, floor salesmen and other influencers. Create synergy in Marketing data tracking, store capacity mapping, shops mapping and develop improvement plans. Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impact programs. Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor. Skills and Qualifications Possess a Degree or higher preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing. At least 3 years relevant sales and marketing experiences with FMCG industry, lifestyle or competitive companies. Experience in trade marketing,category management,account management background. Strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment,emphasis on merchandising,promotion and partnerships. Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics. Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment. Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management. Strong business acumen, awareness of market and retail trends. Those with good analytical, mathematical and statistics abilities are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent in Microsoft Excel (Advance program). Ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-disciplinary company.
