Assistant Training Manager

You develop your team members in terms of their individuals improvement. You are responsible for overall Training performance and development. You are accountable for all the results of your team. You support your team and other teams on their training needs. You make an impact by managing the best outcomes from all the training classes, exploring gaps in training and operation so the team can conduct training that can help operation teams improve their performance and development. The Must-Haves You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility. You have experience with the managing Training team. You are an experienced on conducting training and working with multiple stakeholders. You can learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. You showcase strong leadership and a can-do attitude. You are knowledgeable of training techniques, computer proficiency, and presentation skills. You have a strong working knowledge of the overall Contact Center. You must be able to communicate in Thai and English effectively in both written and speaking. The Nice-to-Haves You have experience with training in Contact Center environment is desired. You are experienced in the fast-growing and dynamic team would be an advantage. You can work well under pressure.
