How will you make an impact in this role? Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. - Manage departmental inventory management, supplies & services procurement, and other administrative support tasks. - Manage departmental reporting. - Manage shared mailbox and case distribution to relevant team in timely manner. - Support team checking complete documents received from customers or other business units. - Perform business form and consent enrollment. - Manage end-to-end letter and direct debit process. - Proceed income calculation process. - Manage retrieval of original documents from warehouse. - Manage data/document storage and destruction according to Personal Data Protection Act. - Handle backoffice job assignments. Preferred Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience as an Admin assistant and familiar with office management and technologies. - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Natural, high-energy team player who collaborates well and has the capability to interact effectively at all levels of a matrix organization and within a fast-paced work environment as well as multitask and re-prioritize on a regular basis. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with mínimal guidance and to proactively identify and resolve issues. - Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills. - Good self-discipline, able to work to deadlines and handle multiple tasks. - Good communication skills in English.
