Senior Legal Counsel

**Responsibilities**: - Work directly with Taboolas business teams to negotiate and close commercial deals. - Support sales and account management teams on advertising and publisher side business, including programmatic data and strategic agreements - Manage litigation matters - Provide cross functional support to Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Procurement - Provide advice and support on a wide variety of general legal matters. - Provide strategic guidance to the APAC leadership team. - Assist in the management of relationships and activities with our outside counsel. **Qualifications**: - At least 6-8 years of relevant legal experience. - English - fluent level - a must, to successfully negotiate, draft and comment on international contracts in English at an extremely high level. - Fluency in any other languages is a significant plus. - General commercial law experience (experience in media and advertising or in data protection law is a significant plus.) - Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and communication skills including experience with lead responsibility in complex negotiations. - Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities. - Self-assured and energetic, with a dynamic personality, ability to inspire the confidence of the business team, management, departmental colleagues, and other support groups. - Flexible and able to attend meetings early mornings and late evenings to accommodate teams in different time zones. - Employment law is a plus but not required. - Experience in a major law firm is a plus. **What is Taboola?** Taboola is the worlds leading content discovery platform, serving 360B recommendations to over 1B unique visitors each month on the webs most innovative publisher sites, including the BBC, Axel Springer, LeFigaro, Evening Standard, NBC, USA Today and more!
