Responsible for processing of trades matching and settlement across all products by using all internal and external regulatory systems and platforms. Clients instructions are processed and settlements instructions are sent to the relevant markets in a timely manner and meeting market deadline without any failed trades. Instruction initiated by clients are process in accordance with service standards agreed with the clients in the SLA. Timely reporting and close follow up of trades problems and failed trades to clients. Actively monitor and priorities all daily task within role to ensure completeness in timely and accurate manner. Pre-matching of trades with counter parties and initiating of securities transfer and monitoring of inward transfer via depository system (PTI). Uploading and monitoring of matching and settlement status via PTI for Fixed Income trades. Management of FX transactions related to custody transactions. Other Duties. Back up coverage within the team. BCP exercise for both internally within the bank and externally (i.e regulatory). Involvement of regulatory industry wide testing as and when required. Assisting senior for projects and system UAT as and when required. Regulatory Reporting preparation to Clients and Regulator as per TSD, OIC and BOTs requirement.
