And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model **Job Description**: Customer Management - Manage the overall account on after sales services and customer management - Manage service performance by achieving all KPI (both customers and CHEPs) - Schedule to present and review periodic performance regularly - Prevent the complaint and manage the feedback constructively and proactively - Always deliver the healthy accounts with analytical and planning skills - Work closely with cross functions to smooth the services - Consistently communicate and share customers feedback - Create the continuous improvement plan - Create KPI and produce management reports Operational Management - Deliver the implementation plan and execution plan on responsible accounts - Lead to set up the account from front to end for new win and lane expansion - Liaise with operation and supply chain to gain the support and development Commercial Management - Responsible for organic growth by extending the services and sustainable growth plan Preferred Education Bachelors - Business Administration/Management Preferred Level of Work Experience 3 - 5 years We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
