BRANCH SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a Branch Support Specialist, you are responsible for answering all of question from the branch, troubleshooting problems, Coordinating on problems happened in branches, including seeking for the solutions with related parties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating on problems happened in branches, including seeking for the solutions with related parties

  • Coordinating with related departments and other agencies

  • Setting priority all problems/issues and tackle in sequence accordingly

  • Preparing documents for signboard tax and property tax

  • Preparing data on LOS system and Service Area

  • Doing Powerpoint / Power BI report and report to supervisor weekly to ensure ever problems/issues are solved smoothly

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • 0-2 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

  • Have soft skills like negotiation, active listening

  • Problem-Solving skill is needed

  • Power BI and G-suite skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs) or Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) are plus but not required

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Systematic Problem-Solving: A strong ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement structured, logical solutions.

  • Exceptional Coordinator: You excel at managing moving parts, connecting the right people, and following through to ensure tasks are completed.

  • Effective Communication: You possess strong negotiation and active listening skills to build rapport and clearly convey information to diverse stakeholders.

  • Resilience & Composure: The capacity to handle multiple urgent requests calmly and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude under pressure.

  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with Power BI, G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs), and/or Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is a strong plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role is based full-time at our Headquarters, Nonthaburi office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location or be willing to relocate.

  • Ability to work on Saturdays Sundays (total number of working days not exceed the standard workweek of the head office which work Mon-Fri)

  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet ambitious project deadlines.
