Responsibilities

Site Operations & Farm Management

  • Manage insecticide and micronutrient control in nursery and yield trial plots at three research farms in Lopburi.

  • Oversee nursery operations and yield test operations.

Yield Test Operations

  • Support planter operations for yield test trials and coordinate with cooperators in EPEH-Central.

  • Operate combine harvesters for yield testing.

  • Collect data from yield testing.

Tractor Operations

  • Drive tractors with a high level of skill, including knowledge of cone planter operations.

  • Perform tractor operations for nursery management and land preparation.

Site and Research Operations Support

  • Collaborate with research scientists and support field testing specialists and business teams on special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in farm operations, research plot management, or agricultural field trials.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with scientists, field specialists, and other functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
