To monitor and review the operation of all on-service sub-contractors such as cleaning,security, pest control and lift contractors, as well as to ensure that those services are.performed satisfactorily as agreed to in the contract and at the costs quoted. To liaise with the M & E Engineer regularly to ensure sufficient service staff, includingteam of technicians, are always maintained. To ensure the smooth daily operation of the building such as car park, vehicular andpedestrian access and security etc.

To be on call standby 24 hours a day in case of emergency incidents. To provide day-to-day management of the site and ensure that the company'sreputation as a high-quality service provider is maintained and enhanced. To supervise and monitor general and technical site staff for efficient running of thesite, and compliance with the company's rules and policies.

To ensure that all operating procedures for the property run efficiently, includingsecurity, fire safety, emergency and evacuation procedures. To identify problem areas in the site and recommend improvement plans to maximizethe efficiency of site management. To maintain good public relations with clients, owners and tenants of the property.

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or the client. To report management matters to the Property Manager daily, as well as reportimmediately in the event of building emergencies. To monitor, control and organize all on-site staff and to be responsible for the actions ofsuch staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all holidays are adequatelycovered.

Qualifications:5 years experience in management level in property management, retail building at minimum scale 50,000 sq.m. Good English communication both verbal and written
