As a values-driven company, were always looking for great people to join our own winning tribe. **About the Role** The roles main purpose is to create cutting edge graphics and video content for Ampverses AmpGuild. Beside working daily with the AmpGuild team, occasional graphics, video and voxel designs are needed for Web3 clients and Web3 projects (e.g. NFT drops, Metaverse experiences). This role reports directly to the Web3 Marketing Manager. **Responsibilities**: - Run a small regional video editorial and graphic design suite. - Create Gifs, memes, logos, artworks, NFTs and other graphic designs - Create metaverse avatars and voxel designs - Create video content and edit - Help our other teams with NFT drops and creations - Support to maintain and build AmpGuilds socials **Requirements**: - 3 years of professional editorial experience with adobe creative suite (photoshop-after effects-premiere) - Previous experience in the Blockchain, Crypto and NFT space - Previous experience in gaming or esports - Experience with live streaming and production requirements - An entrepreneurial mindset since you will be building up your teams and scholars - Well-organized and goal-driven (Ability to deliver frequent milestones achievements) - Able to focus on multiple tasks at the same time without losing sight of the bigger picture - Self-driven, motivated and high-energy personality - A winning attitude and persistency (If you give up easy this role is not for you) - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) **Bonus Points** - Good communication skills (Thai, Tagalog, VN or other SEA languages) - P2E and Guild experience - 3D, Voxel and game design **Perks** - Healthy Work-Life balance - We manage to offer our staff a flexible working routine around target achievement that allows them to take care of their kids or parents, grow as an individual and stay mentally healthy while achieving big tasks - Free Fitness and well-being - BMI scan, office syndrome exercises, free Fitness classes and machines at Fitness First Platinum - Targeted but flexible Learning & Development Plans - We want our staff to continue their learning path independently of their hierarchical or experience level "We never stop learning and developing".
