BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (INSURANCE)
As a Business Development Associate, you will be the crucial link between our suite of transformative products and the partners who help us deliver them. You won't be limited to a single product line; instead, you will represent our entire mission-driven portfolio. Your goal is to build powerful alliances that drive adoption of all our financial solutions, ensuring we provide comprehensive support to our customers. This role requires a passion for our mission and the adaptability to champion different products as our strategic needs evolve.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and implement innovative lending, insurance, and retail products for both traditional and digital platforms that are competitive and address customer needs.
Conduct in-depth market research and customer data analysis to identify key opportunities for product innovation and strategic differentiation.
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure all products and services remain compliant and ahead of the curve.
Own the entire product development lifecycle, managing projects from the initial concept and strategy phase through to successful launch and completion.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor′s degree or higher. Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance are preferred (Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are welcome).
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in management consulting, strategy, product management, or business development, with a preferred background in lending or banking
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

This role is based full-time at our Pak Kret, Nonthaburi office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location or be willing to relocate.
