Business Development Coordinator APAC

Your Responsibilities

  • Support APAC Regional Business Development Manager Chemicals with tender and project management across all departments
  • Efficiently coordinate logistics projects among all related APAC countries with involvement of top management: RFQs, RFI, RFP, Sea/Air Freight, Contract Logistics, Customs Clearance and all Incoterms
  • Gather project-specific questions from Account Owner (Sales Team/Management) in each country, summarize the information and prepare for submission
  • Be a proactive team member of the Leschaco APAC regional team for chemical logistics and represent the companys values
  • Maintain timelines for submission of tenders, own team and team projects
  • Support and follow up with specific assigned customers proactively
  • Any special assignment from superior

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in any field or higher
  • 3 years of work experience in transport & logistics field
  • Excellent command of Spoken & Written English
  • Have Coordinating skills
  • Ability to make decisions and take ownership of problems
  • Technical background in understanding and developing logistics solutions
  • Excellent Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
