Roles and Responsibilities :1. Product Strategy & DevelopmentDefine and execute the product roadmap for KOL and TikTok Shop-related initiatives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities in social commerce.
Develop tools and features that improve KOL onboarding, product discovery, live streaming commerce, and sales tracking.2. KOL & Influencer EnablementBuild seamless experiences for influencers to promote and sell products through TikTok Shop. Optimize affiliate marketing programs, commission structures, and monetization strategies for KOLs.
Work closely with influencer agencies, brands, and e-commerce merchants to enhance collaboration.3. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with technical, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and launch new features. Work with TikTok Shop teams and external partners to integrate best practices and maximize platform potential.
Collaborate with data teams to track KOL performance, engagement rates, and monetization potential4. Growth & Performance OptimizationDefine and track key performance indicators (GMV, conversion rates, influencer earnings, audience engagement). Leverage A/B testing, data analytics, and AI-driven insights to improve KOL campaign effectiveness.
Continuously iterate on product features based on real-time feedback and performance metrics.5. Business DevelopmentIdentify new revenue opportunities, including brand partnerships, advertising models, and commission structures. Enhance the TikTok Shop shopping experience by improving live streaming commerce, shoppable videos, and personalized recommendations.Develop pricing strategies for KOL commissions, product placements, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications :Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and influencer trends. Strong communication and Presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Familiarity with popular social media platforms and interest in influencer marketing is a plus.
