หน้าที่หลัก

1. เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ เวิร์กช็อป หรือสังเกตการณ์
2. ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการปัจจุบัน ในแต่ละแผนก
3. วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน และกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ ,วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ช่องว่าง และจุดที่สามารถปรับปรุงได้
4. ออกแบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ โดยใช้ ระบบ ERP เพื่อลดขั้นตอน หรือ พัฒนา process เชื่อมโยงการทำงานทุกแผนกเข้าด้วยกันบนฐานข้อมูลเดียวกัน เสนอแนวทางหรือออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่
5. ประสานงานกับทีมไอที และทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆกับหัวหน้าแผนก/ทีมงาน เพื่อปรับกระบวนการให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร
6. เข้าร่วมทีมโครงการ เพื่อปรับปรุงหรือออกแบบระบบธุรกิจและวางแผนและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการด้านกระบวนการ
7. จัดทำคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน ของแต่ละหน่วยงาน

คุณสมบัติ1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ / วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ / ระบบสารสนเทศ / หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Process Improvement / Business Analysis / System Implementation 3 ปีขึ้นไป3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน นำระบบ มี ERP มาใช้ เพื่อลดขั้นตอน หรือ พัฒนา process4. เข้าใจหลักการของ Lean, Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management)5. ใช้เครื่องมือได้ เช่น Visio / Bizagi / Lucidchart / Power BI / Excel (Advance)6. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการจัดเวิร์กช็อปที่ดี7. คิดเชิงระบบและสามารถมองภาพรวมของธุรกิจได้ดี
