Job Description: Change Management Manager
Location:
Bangkok, Thailand (with occasional travel to Vietnam)
Role Summary
The Change Management Manager will be the people and adoption orchestrator across system transformation programs, ensuring employees are ready, capable, and confident to embrace new ways of working that enable a successful go live.
This role requires deep understanding of how system and process change impact people and operations, producing creative and high-quality changes, training and communications plan and helping our product teams to bring these to life, combining with a strong communication skill to align key stakeholders, leaders, and end-users the new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Impact Assessment
· Identify and assess stakeholder groups impacted by the changes.
· Develop tailored engagement strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed, involved, and supported throughout the change journey.
· Drive a right-sized stakeholder management plan that reflects the complexity and scale of program initiatives.
Change Management Strategy & Planning
· Define the change management strategy and planning targeting on greenfield factory.
· Define and execute changes in activities that support adoption, minimize resistance, and enable realization of business benefits.
· Align change plans with project milestones, ensuring readiness across impacted functions.
Communications & Messaging
· Craft clear, compelling, and audience-specific messages that explain the "why," "what," and "how" of the changes.
· Deliver communications through the right channels at the right time — from leadership briefings to end-user updates.
· Ensure consistency and alignment with all workstreams functions.
Training & Enablement
· Collaborate with training teams in training strategy and approach that build target users capability and confidence.
· Support the creation of user roles. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and adoption metrics.
Change Readiness & Adoption Monitoring
· Establish readiness criteria and track progress across business units and functions.
· Use feedback loops, pulse checks, and adoption metrics to identify gaps and refine change tactics.
· Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
Change Practice Contribution
· Actively contributes to change management approach, bringing specific insights and lessons learned.
· Share best practices, tools, and templates to elevate change maturity across the organization.
Must-Have Competencies & Skills
· Experience in leading Change Management in large-scale ERP / Manufacturing ideally within SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC).
· Ability to design and deliver end-to-end change strategies: stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption measurement, and post-go-live reinforcement.
· Strong communication skills - able to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable messages for different audiences (operators, key users, leaders).
· Skilled in stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching, building trust, addressing resistance, and ensuring sponsorship.
· Training & enablement expertise – ability to frame training strategy and designing user journeys, aligning roles, and coordinating with training teams.
· Analytical mindset - leveraging pulse checks, adoption metrics, and feedback to adjust interventions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in change management and communication in large-scale greenfield factory IT deployments.
· Strong facilitation and leadership skills in multi-cultural environments
· In depth understanding of how people go through business change and the change process
· Familiarity with agile approaches, tools and phases of the product lifecycle
· Excellent skills in Power Point and with written communication
· Ability to structure and follow up proactively and creatively

· Measured adoption outcomes achieved (readiness scores, training completions, reduced resistance, faster ramp-up in system usage).
· The factory operates in a sustainable, realizing expected business value and efficiency gains.
Additional Information
This role may require occasional travel across entities and production sites to support integration activities and stakeholder engagement.
