Our team comprises young talented individuals who operates in an experimental mindset as we wear the hats of an entrepreneur **Get to know the Role** You will be part of GrabMart team responsible for commercial-related initiatives including - Strategic merchant acquisition - Commercial restructuring - Monetization to accelerate business growth. **The Day-to-Day Activities** - Acquire, lead commercial discussion and build solid partnership with prospected national retail merchants - Design acquisition framework and work closely with related stakeholders to execute acquisition/onboarding strategies - Keep abreast of market and industry knowledge, as well as competitor activity in order to construct strategic commercial agreement whereby meeting market changes and merchants' requirements - Drive monetization workstreams to drive high growth and ROI for partners and platform - Be a thought partner for partnership team to build long-term relationships **The Must-Haves** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in strategy, commercials, management consultin and/or business development - Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders - Proficient in both verbal and visual communication, and presentation skills - Ability to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached - Passionate and agile to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being able to carry given task through independently - Ability to invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in excel and powerpoint presentation **Our Commitment** We are committed to building diverse teams and creating an inclusive workplace that enables all Grabbers to perform at their best, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or sexual orientation and other attributes that make each Grabber unique.
