Construction & Store Set Up Senior Supervisor

**ROLE PURPOSE** - Plan and manage all the construction and decoration projects of new, relocation and renovation shop projects within budget and in a timely and cost-effective manner to support business strategies. - Support as project member in all construction project progress to project completion and maintenance in all shops. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support project manager to create plan and manage the construction and decoration projects of new, relocation, renovation shop projects within budget and in a timely and cost-effective manner to support business strategies. - Handle onsite construction project and coordinate with vendor to ensure all contractual conditions of performance are met as agreed. - Coordinate with related parties to solve all issues properly with the best judgement and provide solutions to prevent any re-constructing that would have delayed the project and caused more expenses. - Help to set the construction standard for Amway Shop Projects to get an alignment in overall nationwide. - Review the drawing and evaluate the site proposal from vendor to ensure all requirements are met to all divisions budget and needs. - Provide correct information to manage and mitigate risks and support project manager to give the best solutions to improve work progress effectively. - Provide solution for all maintenance cases in all shops. - Monitor all compliance with building and safety regulations. **Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience**: - Experience in construction management. - Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods. - Understanding of all facets of the construction process. - Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. - Flexibility in long working hour in the construction areas and ability to travel upcountry. - Effective problem solving skills - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Communication skills with computer literacy.
