Consulting Solution Lead - SCM-220003PD **Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages**: English, Thai **Preferred Qualifications** Expertise in SCM Domain - This is for SCM Solution lead consultant role, focusing on SaaS (ERP Cloud - SCM) solutions. This role will work in delivery projects, as SCM solution architect to ensure delivery quality, margin and customer success. The SCM Solutions Lead will act as a trusted advisor to the large ERP Cloud customers in the region. - The role also requires end to end experience in consulting opportunity pursuit including RFP response, conducting requirement workshops, solution value establishment, and presentation to senior client business and IT teams, sizing and estimation of delivery efforts and client stakeholder management in the consulting sales process. - The role requires strong SCM domain knowledge with extensive and broad solution architecture expertise involving SCM business processes for multiple large, regional implementations is a must. - The role will provide deep technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development during project execution. - Exposure to any cloud/SaaS SCM product and implementation methodology will be a distinct advantage for the role. - The role requires at least 10 + years of implementation experience of SCM, with at least 3 large multi-region end-to-end implementation experiences as a functional lead consultant. **Detailed Description and Job Requirements** An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.
