Controlling Manager

Our client is a global leader in automotive products manufacturing. **Responsibilities**: - Monthly reporting package: Preparing a reliable monthly report package on time, including root cause analysis for main deviations to the budget. - Budget: Cross-checking the sales planning and preparing the budget. - Forecast: Preparing a rolling forecast monthly. - Daily control: Monitoring the actual cost/expenses/investment status, and alert management in advance if needed. - Transfer pricing: Releasing and verifying price to ensure compliance with global policy. - Profit improvement: Detecting and driving for improvements together with the operation team, verifying the calculation. - Costing model: Verifying and releasing the costing model. - Internal control: Reviewing/checking internal control procedures and defining actions/measures to improve internal control. - Business plan: Prepare a business plan for new projects/investments to support management decisions. - Working in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability. - Communicating with global project support. - Controlling costs and analysis. *** **Qualifications**: - Minimum of Bachelors degree Major: Accounting or a related field. - Absolute required experience in the automotive industry in the Managerial of Finance & Accounting of at least 5 years. - Knowledge of SAP, and ERP. - Understanding the automotive industry such products of manufacturing. - Microsoft Office, Presentation, and communication skills. - Good communication in English.
