About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our Thailand sales team and drive sustainable business growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and support the selection, performance appraisal, development, and communication of the sales team.

  • Promote a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching and mentoring to team members.

  • Assist in resolving challenging customer issues and offer technical support when required.

2. Sales Strategy & Market Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and annual targets.

  • Drive new strategic topics, policies, and initiatives across the sales organization.

  • Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize market potential and customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Operations & Territory Management
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including managing internal and external sales teams.

  • Optimize territory coverage and performance by assigning resources strategically.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors and resellers.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

4. Customer Engagement & Contract Management
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, engineers, and stakeholders.

  • Support negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms.

  • Review customer specifications to prepare competitive cost estimates and technical proposals.

  • Deliver impactful product presentations and training sessions to customers and staff.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales achievements and pipeline health.

  • Provide monthly business reports including market conditions, risks, and opportunities.

  • Share competitor intelligence and benchmarking data to support strategic decisions.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with Logistics and other departments to manage stock levels and order processing.

  • Break down cross-functional barriers and ensure alignment with company goals.

7. Compliance, Safety & Company Culture
  • Ensure all activities comply with OH&S policies and company standards.

  • Uphold HR and corporate policies as per Endress+Hauser guidelines.

  • Actively promote our company values, vision, and Lean culture initiatives like ONE BPM.

8. Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead regular sales meetings for planning, updates, and training.

  • Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.

  • Contribute feedback for organizational improvement and undertake tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentations Engineering, or related field.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration etc.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with proven leadership in team management.

  • Strong technical background and ability to support complex industrial solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in instrumentation or industrial automation is a plus.

  • Ability communicates with local customers
