Key Responsibilities The Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently manages their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to manage performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Ericsson business case. Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety (O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools. The CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric mindset to; predict and prevent, analyze and change, isolate and correct by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales. **Key Requirements**: **Entry level**: a first degree or equivalent qualification.
