Huneety is connecting top talents with the best opportunities in the food ingredients industryOur client is a leading B2B supplier to Thailand's bakery and pastry sector, trusted by over 300 customers ranging from artisan shops to international brands. They are currently hiring a Customer Service Executive to lead and enhance the end-to-end customer service and sales support operations. ResponsibilitiesOversee customer order processing, invoicing, and coordination through the ERP system (Navision).

Maintain accurate pricing records, manage order documents, and coordinate with the accounting team for smooth billing and payments. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and on-time deliveries. Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or service issues, ensuring timely communication with customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, handling escalations and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Lead reporting and forecasting activities; support management with data-driven insights and dashboard summaries (e.g., Power BI or Excel-based dashboards). Identify bottlenecks in the customer service process and recommend workflow improvements.

Contribute to standardizing internal procedures and maintaining high-quality operational practices. Participate in cross-department meetings to align with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. QualificationsExperience: 5-10 years in sales admin, customer service, or operations in FMCG, ingredients, or food sectors.

Proven ability to manage processes, analyze data, and solve operational problems efficiently. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Navision, Power BI, or similar). Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.

Fluent in Thai, with an intermediate level of English for cross-functional communication. Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team where flexibility and ownership are key.
