Our client is one of the leading supplement manufacturing companies in Thailand. The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Engineering Manager to join their team. Job Description:Inspecting production machinery and providing effective training to technicians on proper inspection techniques.
Planning and managing preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborating with the production team to analyze machinery issues, developing solutions, and implementing long-term preventive measures. Leading and implementing improvement projects for machinery and production equipment to enhance yield and minimize losses over time.
Monitoring and controlling machinery energy usage to meet established standards and achieve set targets. Evaluating the performance of team members under supervision and providing constructive feedback. Qualifications:Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
Having 8+ years of experience in preventive maintenance of machines, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, etc. Possessing experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry (required). Understanding food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, etc.).
Demonstrating experience in leading teams, driving engagement, and developing direct reports. Showing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
