Engineering Manager (Songkhla Plant)

Job Responsibility :

• Control the inspection of machinery and equipment used in the production process.

• Study new techniques to reduce costs and increase efficiency of service within the factory, as well as safety. Ensure that the factory has a good preventive maintenance system at all times (PM.Plan, Action Plan and result)

• Invent innovations, methods to reduce production costs, reduce production processes, reduce resource use, reduce energy use, while maintaining efficiency

• Manage and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in the organization to increase production efficiency, reduce costs and create a better working environment.

• Report on machinery efficiency, breakdown reports, analyze causes, improvements, and solutions for development to reduce breakdowns. Analyze problems, find causes, and solutions to prevent malfunctions of production line machinery

Qualification:

• Master degree or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10 years experience of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.

• Manage human resources and teams appropriately and efficiently.

• Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC,14001, ISO45001 systems.

• Able to listen, speak, read, write and communicate in English very well.

Working Condition:

Working day:  Mon - Fri and every other Sat

Time : 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m. or as specified by the agency
