Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
Define short, mid, and long-term strategies for quality, manufacturing excellence, and sustainability.
Serve as a key advisor to the Executive Committee on WCM, TQM, and SHE matters.
Position the organization as a benchmark within the industry through global best practices.
2. Quality System Management
Ensure compliance with international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHP, HACCP, Halal, and FSSC 22000.
Establish and monitor internal and external audit systems.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry associations to maintain compliance and industry leadership.
3. Operational Excellence
Lead company-wide initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies.
Develop KPIs and monitor performance to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
Introduce advanced technologies and digitalization in manufacturing operations.
4. Laboratory Management (Chemistry & Microbiological Labs)
Manage laboratory operations in compliance with equivalent standards.
Guarantee accuracy and reliability of testing and reporting.
Drive innovation in testing methods to strengthen product safety and reliability.
5. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Establish and integrate SHE policies into all organizational processes.
Ensure compliance with legal and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Foster a safety-first culture and environmental stewardship across the workforce.
6. People & Organizational Development
Build and mentor a strong leadership pipeline for WCM and TQM functions.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Develop training programs to continuously enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.
Experience in an executive management role for no less than 10 years in the food manufacturing industry.
Proven expertise in international quality standards, certification processes, and regulatory compliance.
Strong business acumen with experience in driving cost reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work six days per weeks with a flexible day off, and two Saturdays off per month.
- Ability to work in Samut Sakaorn Province, location near Samut Songkarm province.
