Export Executive

Order to Cash Process:

• Plan and coordinate shipments, ensuring alignment with warehouse capacity, product readiness, and logistics conditions.
• Submit weekly loading plans and process container bookings to secure logistics space.
• Generate and validate invoices accurately and on time, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the Order to Cash cycle.

Logistics and Documentation:

• Supervise the preparation and submission of export documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee transportation expense processing, payment requests, and monthly accruals.
• Collaborate with Procurement and 3rd PLs for freight and transportation cost inquiries.
• Act as the focal point for government-related export processes.

New Product Development:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely supply of new products.

Claim and Compensation Management:

• Manage claims and complaints related to transportation, ensuring resolution within 14 days.

Reporting & Others:

• Prepare and submit weekly loading plans, monthly performance reports, and incident records.   

• Bachelors degree or higher in International Business, Supply Chain, Export Logistics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in English (Minimum TOEIC score 750).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Service-minded, positive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production and supply chain processes.

• Minimum 5 years in export operations, logistics, or customs regulations, with strong preference for relevant experience.
