  - Ensure protection of company confidential information and proper asset management.- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.- Manage procurement of raw materials and supplies, along with cost control.- Develop and manage workforce planning based on production capacity and operational needs.- Oversee labor and shift management, including overtime control and equipment/staff allocation.- Implement strict safety and health measures, including accident prevention and contamination control.- Maintain high hygiene standards to prevent bacterial growth and foreign object contamination.- Monitor compliance with company regulations (attendance, leave, dress code, etc.).- Promote production efficiency, propose improvements, and implement cost and energy-saving measures.- Other tasks assigned by manager

• คุณสมบัติ

  【Must】- Bachelors degree in a food-related field- At least 3 years experience of working as a Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a food manufacturing factory- Over 2-year experience of management over 100 staffs- Knowledge of food-related certification standards such as FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP, BRC, Halal, and Kosher

  【Advantage】- Holding actual food-related certificates such as FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP, BRC, Halal, and Kosher- Living around Samutsakorn- Driver license and own a car
