หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• รวบรวมและทำประวัติผู้พักอาศัยภายในอาคาร
• จัดทำเอกสารแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องการบริหารอาคาร
• พิมพ์เอกสารต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สรุปเวลาทำงานของพนักงานประจำหน่วยงาน + ใบทำงานล่วงเวลา ใบลา ส่งสำนักงานใหญ่
• จัดทำใบเสนอจัดซื้อทรัพย์สินและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ สรุปเอกสารขอเข้าตกแต่งของผู้รับเหมาต่างๆ
• ปรับปรุงข้อมูลรายชื่อของผู้รับจ้างงานต่างๆ และผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าให้อาคาร (Supplier List) ควบคุมดูแลการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สำนักงานให้เป็นไปด้วยความประหยัด
• สรุปเงินสดย่อย เพื่อขอเบิกจากคณะกรรมการต่อไป
• จัดส่งจดหมายเตือนตามนโยบายของบริษัท ฯ สำหรับผู้ที่มียอดค้างเกินกำหนด
• จัดทำสรุปการใช้น้ำประปา ค่าไฟฟ้า และ/ หรือ ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ตามมติที่ประชุม เพื่อออกใบแจ้งหนี้เรียกเก็บผู้พักอาศัย
• สรุปเอกสารการขอตั้งเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ ที่มีสัญญา
• สรุปยอดลูกหนี้ค้างชำระประจำเดือน และทำบันทึกทะเบียนคุมยอดลูกหนี้
• นำเช็คเข้าธนาคารและจัดส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินฉบับจริงให้แก่ผู้พักอาศัย
• งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
