In daily work, support for Chinese financial communication is necessary, and Chinese is a must.

1. Review the Chinese and Thai financial translations, and organize and maintain related documents;
2. Assist the finance team in handling related auxiliary work for Chinese translations; carry out the translation of internal business contracts, agreements and other administrative documents of the company, ensuring the accuracy, professionalism and fluency of the translations.
3. Connect with institutions such as the Thai Bank, Tax Bureau, and Statistics Bureau;

Handle the initial review of various expense reimbursement applications submitted by employees, ensuring that the documents are compliant, complete and accurate.

1. Handle the payment matters related to daily operations/business, and communicate with the headquarters/bank in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for monthly bank statement reconciliation and organization, ensuring clear and accurate data, and providing support to the finance department.
3. Assist in maintaining and preserving the documents and records related to payments and reimbursements.
