Job Position: Home Care SEA & Thailand UPro TPL Work Level: 2A R&D Organisation: HC SEA R&D Team Location: Minburi, Bangkok BUSINESS CONTEXT HC SEA is a 1.3 B€ business and consistently growing. We are the market leader of homecare products across SEA, with many brands such as Omo, Breeze, Comfort and Sunlight. Our vision is to lead in greener, effortless and delightful solutions for future homes in SEA. Our R&D team are located in Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippine with Bangkok as a Regional R&D Center. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated R&D Manager to lead the team and drive innovation projects as Technical Project Leader. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES - Lead & land projects: innovation, cost optimization, quality improvement for Homecare SEA. - Ensure that all the mandated product development protocols, product quality and safety are addressed, from design to commercial: design and/or design input, pilot trial, supplier trial, factory trial. - Ensure all aspects of the technical requirements of the projects are delivered on time-in full, for the assigned projects. - Manage the network along with the project team. Ensure proper risk assessment & mitigation plan is in place for assigned projects. - Align the key decisions needed with key stakeholders. - Deliver other tasks as agreement with Line Manager & Line Director. - Work closely with other R&D functions e.g. Processing technology, Formulation technology, Regulatory, and Packaging to deliver assigned projects, getting latest update for category program and strategic plan. - Coordinate with other stakeholders e.g. Business Unit leader, marketing, QA, production, procurement, finance and suppliers etc. for successive outcomes. - Work closely with business team to build innovation plan and portfolio for Upro Thailand with best knowledge of market and operators' insights. - Similar formulation/processing scope and packaging development tasks as Technical Project Leader - Adapt and design suitable mix to meet Upro requirement and maximize business profit for UPro. Job scope: - Regional Technical Project Leader - Homecase SEA. - Team of 2-3 member trained, technical professionals. - Reporting to HC R&D Leader. KEY INTERPHASES - Marketing Project Leader SEA Business Unit - Related SEA Supply Chain team - Related SEA Regulatory Affair team - Homecare Global Design R&D/SEAC and Local Deploy R&D in SEA - External suppliers.
