Purpose of the job :- Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Managing Director and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Main responsibilities:
1.Strategy
To contribute to an effective business strategy from HR perspective, to ensure key operational performance.
Drive HR strategy from global to local to ensure the effectiveness of service delivery and alignment with business strategy and goals.
Implement of KPI system, competencies and Performance review system.
Forms part of the local management team and plays a key role in the setting of overall locally company policies and guidelines.
2.HR Policy
Lead HR Team at Thailand location, which contribute to an optimal balance between employees and the employer.
Explore, recommend and implements changes to existing systems and policies using innovative, up to date and cost effective methods.
Manage HR Policy combine from global policy and matching to local policy, which must be ensured to comply Thailand regulations.
Coordination and execution of HR Policies/ HR Practices.
3. HR and Administration Planning and Control
To ensure an effective HR and Admin. planning to be applied.
Responsible for main HR processes and communication.
Recruitment and manpower planning.
Talent Development and Training.
Requiring insight in Training and Development needs for all departments and define education calendar together with management.
Research and analysis of compensation & Benefits.
Administration (payroll, contracts, newsletter, work permit, visa, company services etc.)
Employee relation activities.
4.HR Support
Realize optimal HR processes, supporting management in operating these processes, ensure the best partners and external vendors. Ensure the most efficient HR organization structure to support the local business.
Responsible for implementation of organizational changes, management coaching, mentoring, managing of the Performance Process, monitoring of the headcount, defining the recruitment process and terms of employment.
Responsible for development and implementation of HR instruments in the field of Planning, assessment, development, talent management and illness.
Manage external vendors and partners to deliver effective and efficient services and cooperation.
Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.
5.Leadership and coaching
The performance of the team and the individual employee meet the requirements and quality standards, the internal and external customers are optimally served. The right employees are at the right time and costs available.
Managing, coaching and motivating employees on results and competencies, allowing the internal cohesion and cooperation within the organization secured.
Establish and ensure sufficient staff capacity and efficient distribution of tasks en priorities; staff recruitment, transfers and departures
Ensure an adequate absentee procedure and proces
Systematic training, development and support (new) employees
Achieve and monitor optimal communication and information internally and externally.
Organizing and conducting structural meetings (individual, team)
Holding of PDP and appraisal interviews and reporting them
Monitoring the quality of the work and intervene where necessary
6.Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job qualifications
Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, HRM-HRD with an emphasis on HR.
At least 8-15 years of experience in HR Management with at least 3-5 years in management level preferably in a multinational manufacturing company.
Knowledge of start up for new plant (Green field)
Fully Hands on experience in the fields of Recruitment, Training & Development and Performance Management.
Familiar with Thai Labor Law and corresponding regulations.
Proficient computer literacy (esp. MS Word and MS Excel); experience with HRM software systems.
Excellent command of Thai and English.Able to work in Rayong and drive to work by own
