HR Background Checking Officer

With 550 dedicated professionals and over 15,000 outsourced staff, we will continue to carry out our mission to develop a better career, a better life, and a better society, and thrive to become the No.1 people solutions organization in Southeast Asia. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Being responsible for the Background Check Department and supporting a team of Background Check Consultants. - Updating and Collecting Data on Background Check status reports. - Updating and coordinating with stakeholders on the background check process, document follow-up, document checking, sending and receiving letters to related parties - Supporting the Background Check team for any concerns or requirements. - Providing reports weekly. - Performing other assignments and new projects as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelors Degree or above in any field. - 23 - 30 years old. - Experience 1-2 years in Administration in HR/Background Check/HR Agency. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Good English and have TOEIC 500 - 700 - Ability to work under pressure, mature, fast learner, and result-oriented.
