Sales Executive

Purpose of Role

  • Drives new business, manages key relationships, and work with Eurofins Group to achieve the best outcomes and to reach the year on year Eurofins Product Service target. 

  • Ensure that Eurofins Product Service Thailand is recognised as the industry leader in service and performance.

 Job Description and Focus Area

  1. Creation and implementation of new business development plans and identify new market opportunities across developing segments for Consumer Product testing in Thailand

  2. Partner with Eurofins global team, technical team and Other Eurofins business units in Thailand to ensure smooth execution of projects, project-manage new contracts; or on-boarding new customers; and responsible for establishing customer satisfaction with service level agreement.

  3. Maintain information on competitors strengths, weaknesses, policies, pricing, services, etc. to increase likelihood of winning bid situations.

  4. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  5. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

  6. Establish networks and long-term relationships with strategic customers, as well as stakeholders such as industry associations and government sectors. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and explores new business opportunities

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor or masters degree in Science/Technology/Engineering or other relevant such as Chemistry, and applied chemistry/biochemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Sales or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of Softline, Hardline, RoSH and REACH, electrical and electronics testing laboratories through previous work and/or sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and experience to expand Eurofins Product Service business in Thailand.

  • Strong business skills are needed to proactively address business concerns and identify opportunities throughout the market, seek out and cultivate high-level relationships, and translate customer priorities into product solution.
