Its fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what theyre doing! - Were committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business._ - If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, youll enjoy your career with us!_ Lumentum is recruiting for HRBP in our Human Resources department to support operations at our Pathumthani, Thailand site. **Job Description**: - Implement and support HR programs, processes and initiatives such as; performance management, compensation planning, employee development, employee engagement, succession planning and recruitment support in order to align with business strategy both from local and global perspectives through the whole employee life cycle. - Lead site-wide activities to maintain a healthy and productive work environment, such as; coaching and development planning, employee engagement, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, hiring and retention of talented employees, and encouraging open, productive dialogue between managers, supervisors, employees and other partners. - Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Use creative problem-solving skills to address business needs that are often time sensitive. - Capable of adapting communication strategy to enable people to perform at their best or in the companys best interest, for example: constructively challenging ideas and thought processes, encouraging people to consider different points of view, discussing pros and cons, etc. - Contribute to the continued improvement and development of HR programs, processes and planning within the company. - Possess knowledge and ability to ensure all actions are in compliance with appropriate employment laws, company policies and sound business practice. Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field - At least 8 year of experiences in HRBP roles/ HR generalist/ prefer Manufacturing background in multinational companies. - Strong communication / presentation / facilitation / influencing skills, written and oral (Thai and English) - Able to manage / deal with complexity, diversity, uncertainty and ambiguity - Organizational intuition; senses changes in atmosphere and adequately responds - Proactive mindset: anticipates issues and develops/executes plans or solutions to fix them - Timely decision making: responds quickly and ensures customer is up-to-date on the HR agenda with a strong analytical skills and can-do attitude.
