HR Manager

Our client is a leading logistics provider. **Responsibilities**: The role will directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Being responsible for the full management of employee lifecycle which includes performance management, learning and development and talent management. - Performing HR budget process, cost evaluation and allocations for the assigned countries. - Executing the payroll and general HR administration. - Providing current trends in both remuneration and rewards system. - Working collaboratively with ASEAN Regional HR team to drive the company culture, corporate/regional projects, and process standardization. - Ensuring all statutory requirements and company procedures are always complied with and remain current. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree Human Resource or other related fields. - At least 10 years of HR experience and of which 6 years of managerial. - Solid knowledge of Thailand and Myanmar labour laws, salary market & statutory compliance. - Knowledge in Workday HRIS system is mandatory. - Good command of English.
