What's your mission?
Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to support large-scale operations.
Manage complex and cross-functional HR projects, including employee relations, conflict management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
Oversee HRIS systems, employee records, and processes (transfers, promotions, performance management, and leave applications) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Lead annual HR cycles, including Performance Appraisals, Salary Reviews, and Payment Calculations, ensuring fairness, equity, and timely execution.
Partner with the legal team to minimize risks, ensure compliance, and conduct effective investigations when needed.
Drive HR initiatives to foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement within a dynamic and multicultural workforce.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
7+ years of proven HR management experience, ideally within fast-growing industries or project-based organizations.
Strong expertise in HR Strategies and employee relations.
Demonstrated success in handling complex HR cases, including dismissals, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage change in a high-growth environment.
In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
Strong command of English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
