Human Resource Business Partner Associate

Coordinate with HRBP in each respective country on HR activities following HR calendar. Work on manpower planning and maintain the up-to-date organization chart and job roles of each business unit. Maintain employee profile, related employee changes and movement in HR system such as rotation, promotion, etc. Collect, analyze, and provide HR information and reports to related stakeholders (e.g. compensation data, turnover report, exit interview, employee engagement survey, etc.). Prepare compensation and benefits transactions to HR Shared Service team (e.g. overtime, allowances, insurance, etc.). Coordinate with external agency for visa/work permit request. Initiate or recommend HR process improvement as appropriate. Be a part of HR team to create a happy workplace. Qualifications. Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. Growth mindset, detail-oriented, perseverant, service minded, embrace working with people in diverse cultures. Experience in FMCG will be an advantage. Fluently in English. **Job skills required**: English
