Job ID 48073 Business Manufacturing(Machinery) Job Detail Primary Purpose of Job: - To manage customer requirements and fulfillment to achieve business goals. - To be responsible for strategic ordering & material planning for sustainable growth sales. - To develop strong customer relationships with existing accounts and expand the network. Major Responsibilities - Reports to Inside Sales Team Leader - Process customer orders, plan, schedule delivery, and prepare shipping documentation. - Attend to customer inquiries/complaints/feedback and liaise with Sales for follow-up replacement or credit note with the process of goods return - Provide effective communication and coordination between Sales and Customers. - Plan & prepare purchase requisition to Purchase/Procurement according to customer order, forecast & stock keeping agreement - Ensure all risk buys are authorized by management. - Ensure on-time deliveries to customers. - Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers. - Liaise with Warehouse/Store for outgoing deliveries to customers. - Review and be proactive with Sales/Customers for Excess & Obsolete Inventory Items for moving and depletion on the stock. - Assist Sales to update and manage customer projects. - Play a proactive approach in handling customer needs. - To manage & review the account receivable and inventory status on a monthly basis Salary 25,000 - 40,000 (THB) Location Bangkok Required work experience - Minimum bachelors degree in Sales & Customer Service or other related fields can be in considering at least 2-3 years of sales support experience. - Age between 28-35 years old - Experience in the fastener-related industry or Inside Sales would be an advantage. - Customer-focused and had strong handling customer management, negotiation, and communication skills - Fluent in English both oral and written and able oversea conference
