We partner with the **Thailand Government Pharmaceutical Organisation** and are authorised agents for their Pharmaceutical Products in Asia. We are looking for a Thai National with good command in English to join our team as the Regional Fulfilment Officer(Thai National preferred). This is a flexible role which allows the staff to work from home and at their own time - as long as they complete their daily deliverables. This role requires commitment for at least a year and can be a long-term role in the company and exposes them to a variety of operations apart from fulfilment, including partnerships, events management, government liaison, marketing and client servicing. This is a not a sales role but pay by the amount of effort spent and satisfactory customer service and logistics management provided from inquiry to fufilment of receiving the order. The role requires the person to ensure orders are compliant within legal requirements, and assist to professionally pack and mail our client orders and send them thru our various delivery couriers daily, including personal delivery within BKK city for visiting clients or to manage outsourced manpower with compliance in place. The staff will manage efficiency, cost and successful delivery for maximum customer satisfaction and optimal cost, (Average number of parcels sent a day is 5-10) In addition, as a managerial function, the selected applciant will manage or source vendors/supporting staff to deliver the required outcomes within budget, and support in other business building activities such as office setup and operations and strategic customer service fulfilment, partner management and event management plans. Key duties of the role include - No fixed hours or working location, as long as required duties are met in timely manner along with daily orders/inquiries processed and sent in a timely manner (can work from home but frequent post office visits with client orders) - No sales required - regional fulfilment management and customer service roles for client orders in English from Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong - along with other customer service officer managing other countries. - Inventory storage, management, reconciliation and systems data entry to ensure audit compliance - Managing online client inquiries, orders and appointments for medical services and products - Liaison and sourcing existing and new Shipping and Courier Services as well as Medical partners/doctors in Bangkok - Manage client or partners shipping requirements - Responsible for timely and cost-efficient fulfilment of orders of all our clients globally - Provide packaging, delivery and follow-up delivery success as well as returns management. and assist in occasional personal delivery (transport provided) - Check and ensure client orders are compliant and payments are received - Book-keeping and tracking of records of all orders and delivery, and monitoring of deliveries to ensure issues are rectified with clients, or with other customer service officers managing other countries - Pay by effort with ADDITIONAL handling Fee per order of up to 200THB along with Mobile Allowance, team incentives, and personal incentives for company overall monthly performance - with very competitive compensation for your work in a flexible working condition. - Personal delivery daily to Thaipost, DHL, or client locations where necessary or via outsourced manpower managed by the selected applicant. - Assist in marketing and events where applicable, traveling outside of Thailand for business maybe required (ie Singapore, Taiwan, etc) - Managers will have supervisory, recruitment, strategic management and business development (ie office building and setup, partners development) in addition to above duties.
