About the role

As an Internal Control Officer at Universal Communication Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence through ISO standard.

This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, where you will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive internal control frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and operational procedures in line with company and industry standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality procedures to identify potential risks, compliance gaps, or areas for process improvement.

  • Provide guidance and data-driven recommendations to management on strengthening internal controls and enhancing operational workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO).

  • Document audit findings, prepare clear reports, present recommendations to relevant departments, and meticulously track the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to employees to build awareness and understanding of internal control best practices.

  • Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for both internal audits and external audits from regulatory or certification bodies.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or a role related to ISO quality management systems.

  • Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal control and ISO standards

  • Skills:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Strong communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Language: Good command of English. (A TOEIC score of 650+ is considered a plus).

  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
